Our shaft collars boast a diverse range of thread types, accommodating prototype to production quantities.  With inch and metric bore, our Stafford Special Threaded Shaft Collars & Bearing Lock Nuts feature various thread styles, including bearing-, ACME-, stub ACME-, UNC/UNF-, single point and multi-start threads.  These collars can be machined from aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other alloys in bore sizes from 0.25” up 12” I.D. Available in one-, two-piece, and hinged styles, they cater to different size O.D. sizes and can be supplied in prototype to production quantities
