The 2" Delrin Two-Piece Clamp Shaft Collar is precision-machined from Delrin, a strong, lightweight engineering plastic known for its low friction, dimensional stability, wear resistance, and excellent machinability. Its smooth, non-marring bore protects shaft surfaces, while the two-piece clamp design provides secure holding power and allows installation at any point along the shaft. Typical applications include shaft positioning, spacing, mechanical stops, and component alignment in light-duty machinery and automation equipment. Available in High Strength, Low Profile, and Heavy Duty styles, with a variety of material options, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nylon, and Delrin, to suit different applications.
