By combining a durable machined master collar with interchangeable 3D-printed inserts, the SPARC™ system enables rapid creation and testing of specialized components without the time and cost associated with traditional machining methods. Made from steel with a black oxide finish, the master collar provides high strength, durability, and wear resistance while offering improved surface protection against corrosion. Offered in steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, these master collars are available in three sizes to accommodate shaft diameters from 1/8" to 2-3/4" O.D.
