Description
The 3/16" Aluminum One-Piece Clamp Shaft Collar - High Strength is designed to provide secure shaft positioning and reliable holding power on standard round shafts, whether hard or soft, as well as on thin-wall tubing and split hubs. Its one-piece clamp construction enables fast installation and easy adjustment while delivering a strong, non-marring grip that protects shaft surfaces from damage. Precision-machined for accurate fit and consistent clamping performance, the collar offers high holding power without the shaft damage often associated with set-screw designs. The High Strength configuration features a recessed clamp screw that remains within the outside diameter of the collar, reducing interference with surrounding components while maintaining a compact profile. This clamp shaft collars are stocked in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nylon and Delrin and can be offered in 3 styles such as: High Strength, Low Profile and Heavy Duty. Standard Series offers economy-priced versions of low-profile styles (31LXXX and 31SXXX parts).
