Description
The 1" x 25mm Steel (Black Oxide) Inch-Metric Conversion Coupling, Two-Piece Clamp is designed to securely connect an inch-sized shaft to a metric-sized shaft, providing a rigid, zero-backlash connection for precise torque transmission and accurate rotational synchronization. Featuring a two-piece clamp design, the coupling can be completely separated for convenient installation, assembly, maintenance, and shaft adjustment. One side is machined with a 1-inch bore and the other with a 25mm bore, while the external dimensions and clamping screws are manufactured to inch standards, making it ideal for integrating inch and metric components within the same system. Precision-machined with smooth bores, the coupling delivers high clamping force without marring or damaging shaft surfaces and provides superior torque capacity compared to traditional set-screw couplings. It can also be modified with optional keyways to meet specific application requirements
